Amanda Pisciotta was so kind and understanding of my situation. I could absolutely feel the authentic care she was giving me. Citizens Debt relief has been a nice experience but you all are lucky to have such a kind person working for you. Honestly I usually feel embarrassed when speaking about my situation. She made me feel comfortable and took care of my needs.

Called to keep Citizen's Debt Relief updated on my communications with my creditors. Although I received a lot of information when I engaged their services, it wasn't very specific. I spoke with Allen Smith. He was fantastic. He explained exactly what would be happening in the next 6 months, provided the documents I needed, and followed up with a detailed email.
