I didn’t find their services to be useful so I decided to cancel. Not only did they not make the cancellation as convenient as the sign up, it’s January 2024 and I’m still waiting on a refund I was told would take 30 days to post in my account. That was September 2023. Every time I called back, I was given another excuse and how it would be in my account the following month. If you can’t trust them to clear their debts, how can you trust them to help you clear your own?!

For 4+ years this company has stolen my $17k debt setelement and only resolve 2 of the 5 accounts. Never returned calls. Got but on hold numerious, Nemerious taime over 1+ hours and left to hang on the phone with NO response. Would NEVER recomend this COmpany to a sould for honest, trueful resoluation. Had to go to and additoinal company to reslove credit problems. I call this company a sham. Do not recall the exact dates but are very honest in my business.

I would give them less than that if I could! Promises, promises, promises, and LIES! Cole (bait) was very personable and friendly in the beginning, but they don't DO anything. They don't answer or respond to anything. One of the banks they allegedly tried to negotiate with said they have never encountered a more rude and unprofessional company. Several months later, I'm in worse shape and facing bankruptcy. They convinced me to get a loan to deal with aforementioned bank. That money was sent directly to them and, as far as I can see, they pocketed it. I have asked them to send it back for at least four months. Crickets! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I paid them almost $1000 a month for right at 2 years and now Im being sued by the credit card companies because they didn't pay off my debts. The last year I was in Debt Relief they would not answer chat, email or phone calls. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. This is fraud!
