I am so disappointed with citizens debt relief and Brandon. Brandon and Amanda were so convincing that they would be the answer for our problems. They even asked me to write a five star review for them so they could get a bonus, which I did. What a fool I feel like now. My wife and I were told that it would take 3 or 4 months until our debt would start being paid off. Now they are saying 4 to 6. We have paid them for 6 months and soon it will be 7 months. Now we are being sued and being threatened with a lean against our house and wage garnishment. Last week CDR sent an email that they need 20% of the debt too start the process. This was NEVER told to us in the begining when talking to Brandon or Amanda. They definitely said it would be settled in 3 or 4 months. Unfortunately we were victims of a scam that wiped us out which is why we sought CDR's help. I've made several phone calls and never get through. They say leave your number and they will call you back. That has never happened. I feel like I've gone from one scam to another. My experience has gone from a very good to start, to terrible now. I'm afraid this company may be bad news. My next stop is the press.

I have had the same frustrating experience as the last review describes. I was told all my accounts would be settled in 3 to 4 months. A year and 3 months later and not even the smallest account w/ a debt balance of $1k has been settled. All the while my credit is being negatively impacted. No one has ever reached out to me and the reps lie every time saying the same BS. I have carried out my obligations per the contract Citizens has not. I pay into the reserve account every month and have over $12k in the account for them to negotiate with.

I was told when I signed up it was an easy case and would be resolved by 6 months of on-time payments. I have called every month and I am told it should be resolved this month. Fast forward 8 months, still paying CDR and can't get a return call. On-line, I have waited 90 minutes and no response/ I'm beyond frustrated. My bank says no one from CDR has reached out to them to resolve this debt.

They help you ruin your credit. Don’t fall for it

Expensive hard to reach terrible communication and when an Attorney representing a debt you owe laughs and says good luck you could have done it yourself cheaper that should tell you everything. Avoid this company…..!!!!!!!

Been trying to cancel my account and they have prolonged the process. Have not recieved any response to my emails or calls. Very limited communication.

We’ve been trying to start payments 4 months ago but every time they somehow mess up and it doesn’t go through so my credit score is tanking while they can’t even answer a phone call. Would never use these people again
