Helpful with some caveats
Dealing with Citizens Debt Relief was very easy. I spoke to a very knowledgeable representative. He explained everything to me in detail. I didn’t want to enroll all of my credit cards into the program because they would be closed. I wanted to leave out the oldest accounts I had because of having older accounts open affects your long term credit rating. After accepting the terms of the program, I asked how much Citizens would be charging me for the service, he went around in circles trying to avoid to tell me the actual fees I would be paying for the service. Eventually, after accepting the terms, I only found out how much the fees were on the breakdown of the agreement you are given AFTER signing up. My calculations were correct, and that I would be paying a siginificant amount of fees. Long story short, make sure to calculate the total of your debt first so you have an understanding how much you’ll pay for the fees they’re charging for the service. The higher the debt you enroll, the higher the fees you will pay. Demand to know how much you’ll be paying for the service up front so you can decide if the program is for you or you would want to look somewhere else. Good luck on your journey to be debt free!

Thank you for sharing this helpful feedback! We do charge industry standard fees for resolving debt. Even considering fees for service, clients can realize quite a bit of savings if they stick with the program. Cheers!
