The response time I received from emails on questions about starting the process of losing weight . I received my medication within 3 to 5 days. If I ever needed to know what step my order is in I got an email. March 30 ordered first shipment received April 4 . I began a dramatic weight loss journey from 172 to 123 ending at June 17. *UPDATE* I received a response within 24 hours and they helped with everything I needed. THANK YOU Citizen Meds. Great company and very trustworthy. I was just upset that I could not get someone on the phone. 5 STARS!!!! I am only giving 3 stars because of the lack of customer service. I received my orders in a timely fashion but when I needed help with one of my orders I did not receive a response to the email. When you call the phone number is simply says they cannot come to the phone please send an email. That is absolutely horrible customer service. I cannot find any other contact information other than 1 phone number and 1 email address.

The products are high quality and effective. Easy process and user friendly. Would highly recommend them!
