The product was as advertised, packaging was good and I ordered on Monday, received my shipment on Friday. I was very pleased with the product. The only reason that I did not give them 5 stars is customer service, they definitely have opportunity for improvement there. I mistakenly added the wrong address on my order and did not get a reply until day 4 that the address had been fixed. The phone number they provide is pretty much uselees because noone answers and the mailbox is always full. All in all, I would recommend this company and will order again.

It shipped within a somewhat reasonable time and product was as described. The pharmacy that filled them was rude though when I called with a question.

I am loving using citizen meds! My meds come shipped safely to my house, as I ordered. I have had great results! I recommend CM to anyone who talks about using an online platform for GLPs. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5⭐️ is that I have to fill out the intake form every time. It’s not horrible, but some of the information could be saved, and we could just update it with our next order!

Fast service, easy intake and great price initially. My only complaint is price going forward. A bit too pricey for the long haul.
