Janet your package was shipped out on April 25th and delivered on April 26th at your door. We emailed you the tracking from Fedex as well.

ordered and paid for medication. went online to cancel and the account information portal shows that i have not ordered anything. are the 5 star reviews for real? my bank says it's definitely a real charge. immediately deducted out of my checking. NEVER AGAIN!!! citizen meds is a scam.

The company is difficult to contact. Whenever you call you only get a recording saying to email them. You email them and get no response. After purchasing my items from them I went online to their website and set up my account. Nowhere on my account does it show where I have ordered anything, yet they have already charged my card for $300+ dollars. Be weary of this company as they have not attempted to make contact for any virtual visits or had any communication with me except for an initial email showing I had made a purchase.

This company is NOT legit! I ordered a compounded prescription medication from them that was required to be kept cold. It arrived 4 or 5 days later (in 90 degree desert temperatures) extremely hot with no cooling left in the one tiny cooling pack inside. I have tried contacting them multiple times but the refuse to respond. Don't waste your money - there are far superior companies out there who actually care about customers and not just getting their money! Terrible!
