Movement makes Life Better with Citizen Meds for this 6-month subscriber to a 70-pound weight loss.
It's amazing the movement and release of pain with this med. I am able to bend over with no problem and get up from a seated position again without struggling. Tirzepatide keeps the food noise under control and gives me time to plan my meals wisely to include grocery store visits and eating out. Labs from recent physical look fantastic. Now being 6 months in and losing 70 pounds I am able to start a strengthening program without feeling winded.
