The only thing is that it took a little longer than expected for delivery

ORDER#43155. I ordered a tirzepatide 2.5mg homekit for overnight delivery 5 days ago and I haven't received my order. I received an email that my order was received a day after I ordered. I tried reaching Citizen meds by phone today and was unsuccessful and I have since emailed. I was really looking forward to using Citizens' but I'm afraid I wasted my money! Truly disappointing that I paid for something I haven't received it! **Update**Customer service has reached out to me and my order is scheduled for delivery today.

I ordered on line in about three to 4 days a doctor called and gave me my script and then in another two days I had my meds and I was on the meds. In three months I’ve lost over 30lbs and still losing great to have found this site

Updated: 5/8/25 I received my order today and I want to thank customer service for following up and confirming that the product was on the way. The process is new for me and they took the time to explain how the processing works. Update: Customer service did contact me I will update once I receive tracking information that my product has been shipped. I hope that customer service is more concerned with their service and patients and not just making sure their rating is not impacted. There has been no movement or communication update on my purchase. It’s not good business practices to get paid upfront and then the customer is in the dark. I either want my money back or the product. I emailed and received no response. In more than likely will dispute and try to find a reputable company

I did receive an email back and the tracking number, so I'm updating the review. They should be more clear that even though you are paying for overnight, it takes a week to get processed. I still haven't tried the medication, but will update later on my progress.

I ordered last week and have been sending emails ever since to get tracking. Still no response and my card was charged the day of the order… the phone number doesn’t work either. I did receive a message from the company and the product was shipped the next day. I would give at least 48-72 hours to see any changes to order status in the future.

Not a bad medication. I've been on the meds for 4 months and went from being 228lbs down to 197.2lbs. So I've definitely lost weight. My only complaint is it makes me feel sick.

I personally haven’t had any concerns with the medication and will continue ordering and taking it. I’m about to start my 2nd month and up my dose to 5 mg, so far I’ve felt more energized but I don’t think I’m losing weight yet. However, I must share that I looked up to find the PCAB accreditation for Citizen Meds and they are either not registered under their copyright name or not accredited, which can go against what’s advertised on the website.
