SCAM!!! Their Tirzepatide medication does not work! Took the meds they sent me for almost 2 months from 2.5mg to 5mg and lost less than 10lbs. My appetite was still there and no real side effects. This suggest the medication they are using is either significantly diluted or fake. BEWARE!!

Very bad service!! Most likely a scam! I had to report them to my bank and get my money back. No product was delivered and there is no customer service .. excessively bad customer service experience as they don’t respond to emails!!! Bad in every way imaginable

So frustrated. Ordered 7 days ago and paid for overnight shipping and have not heard anything or even received an order no from this company. I have called and voicemail says not answering or taking messages and tried emailing no response. I feel like I was scammed. 4 emails over a week and zero response!

I placed my order a week ago. I recorded confirmation right away and was charged in my credit card. When I tried to follow up with a phone call and several emails I never got a response back from anyone. I have no idea if I’ll ever get this product and I’m out $188 which I’m very upset about.

So far, I am having a similar experience. The website states that a provider will reach out within 6-24 hours of your order. I feel like I may have been scammed. I read reviews and felt reassured, but now I am thinking some of these people must be paid to say good things, because I have been charged but have received no calls from a provider, nor any other form of communication regarding order status since the initial e-mail that confirmed my order was received. I have now e-mailed twice and have called once, but did not leave a VM based on a previous reviewer mention this in their review, and that the VM specifically states it is better to e-mail vs. leaving a message for faster response. I am giving it another 24 hours, then I am going to ask my bank to reverse the charges and will look elsewhere. If communication is this poor from the gate, it might be best to spend more elsewhere and not look for ways to get healthy while also saving your pennies. I am not opposed to changing my review if I can actually get a person to communicate with me. For now I am feeling foolish, like I must have fallen for a scam, hook, line and sinker.

Auto renewal order placed on 05/09/2025. I have emailed 3 times to ask questions and have received zero response. It has been 5 days since they e taken my money with no communication! Also, I understand that with subscriptions the prescription will titrate upward, but Citizen Meds has NOT provided pricing for this. Where is my order???

I have been using this service for two months and just got my subscription charge. The rate I was quoted was around $108 per month. The second month it doubled and now I’m up to almost $300. They are non responsive on support so the only thing you can do is cancel. I’m going with a different provider.

Update 5/14 Terrible communication. They replied by saying it was delivered when it definitely was not. I requested a refund and now want to keep $100. Made a dispute with my bank today. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CITIZEN MEDS. I placed an order a week ago and paid for over night delivery. They mentioned once Doc approved they would send my order. The only time I received and email was when payment was taken and letting me know the Doctor approved it which was a week ago. I believe I got scammed.
