The only reason I gave 4 stars is that when they have sales, people who have a subscription do not get discounts at all, yet we receive all the discount emails. Kind of makes me angry that I can't get a discount just because I receive my prescription every 3 weeks.

The price of the product is the lowest I have researched. I’ve been a customer for several months and received the product promptly. I wish the process for returning customers was better

Medication always arrived on time sometimes a little arm, the warmer side, but some of that is out of their control. I had the subscription plan and always charged and shipped in a timely manner as for customer service I never had to deal with them.

Every time I renew my prescription I have to go through the whole website questionnaire as if it’s my first time. Otherwise I am happy with the results- down over 30 pounds. Would be great if the price could be lowered as well

It came as advertised but I only lost 1lb in 3 weeks ??? I’m upset it’s expensive and I’m on low income I’d expect better results
