I ordered two vials of NAD but only received one. I immediately contacted Citizen Meds and provided the requested photos. After extensive correspondence, they refused to send the missing vial or issue a refund. This experience has raised serious concerns about their reliability and customer service.

I agree I am on month 2 and feel absolutely nothing with the tizerpatide. I feel like I'm taking some diluted water. I have not lost nothing except my money. I have been on semaglutide and on the first day you feel the restriction. I did not feel nothing with this medicine from citizen meds. I even went up on my dose and still nothing. Its a shame they are taking advantage of people with this scam.

I have lost no weight using tirzepitide since June 2025. Never spoke with a Md prior to having this “med” shipped to me. Pretty sure it is sterile colored water. Don’t waste your money. The fact that you can’t get in touch with a real person when on a med is truly troubling!

They won't refund you and the pharmacy knows what they are saying is untrue about the medicine being unaffected. Since this seems to be a common issue, I wonder is the company writing their own positive reviews?? No one would be happy about wasting $200 for ineffective medicine monthly. Customers are telling them their medicine isn't working but they are forceful and argue instead of fixing the issue. I bought Tirzepatide from them again and it's not really working. The temperature arrived not hot this time. Honest reviewers are telling the truth on here about their negative experiences with Citizen Meds. Immediately after positive reviews flood trustpilot ODDLY. I can't waste money on this company anymore because their medicine in my experience is not working like it did previously. I believe they're cutting corners with the weight-loss medicine now. 1) The medicine is not working AND 2)They are charging $200+ for medicine that is not working.

I had a terrible experience with Citizen Meds. My temperature-sensitive medication was shipped to Texas during extreme summer heat and lost by UPS for over 24 hours. During that time, it likely reached internal temperatures well beyond safe limits. The UPS distribution center even admitted the package “most likely got very hot.” Citizen Meds previously stated the medication is only stable up to 104°F—but refused to replace it, even though I reported the issue within their own 48-hour window. When I reached out, they told me they include two gel ice packs “as a precaution”—but anyone who lives in Texas knows that gel packs are useless in 96°F+ heat over a 48-hour period. They made no effort to assess or investigate the condition of the package and continued insisting it was “fine.” I filed a claim with UPS, but UPS only refunds the sender—not the customer—and Citizen Meds stopped responding to my emails completely. You also can’t reach anyone by phone, and email replies came at 1 a.m., suggesting outsourced customer service that’s disconnected and unhelpful. Their tone was dismissive and clearly scripted, showing no care for patient safety. I’ve filed complaints with the FDA and the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, and I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. This company is irresponsible and dangerous. Do not trust Citizen Meds with your health.

Don’t waste your money. Been on it for 3 weeks haven’t lost a pound. I have taken it before through a different company and saw big results in 3 weeks. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

This company Citzens Meds is very dishonest. Paid full price first month everything okay. Than did the three month subscription and first two months okay, but on the third got product for one shot or one week. Brought to their attention and they wanted pictures of the vial which I sent than wanted the lot number which I also sent. They than said it was the wrong vial, but it was what they sent us. So in other words they ripped us off. Very dishonest company. Save you money and go elsewhere. My wife did and got a lot better service and price. Weekly shots and is seen by a professional and no contracts. Can also change medications and dose with no price change. Do not by any means us Citzens Meds.
