I had used a different company the first time I tried. I had such extreme diarrhea that I became dehydrated. I lost weight for sure…10 ponds of liquid in 5 days, which nearly landed me in the hospital. This products is amazing ! Consistent steady weight loss and maintenance. I was absolutely Stuck at a little over 193. I’m muscular but at 53, even with the strictest of diet and lifting routine the love handles and lower belly pooch would not budge within 3 months I was down to 172. Just had to work hard to put any lost muscle back and holding at 176 now, look and feel better than when I was 30.
