Working with citizen meds…
I've been working with citizen meds since February of 2025 it's November taking their Tirzepitide formulation. The company has been amazing since the very beginning and I will continue to use it until I've hit in my goal weight. Customer service has always gone back to me when I've had questions and when there's a delay they've always given a reason and of apologized. Biggest thing I would say based on other reviews if you do order during a sales event orders you tend to be the latest due to the influx of orders. So it will take a while for your order to get fulfilled and shipped out but once it's shipped it's pretty good to get to you. Generally if you ever have any concerns from reaching out the customer service is usually the quickest way to get a response. (I may be wrong but they may be closed during the weekend so they will usually respond during the next business day) TLDR great company, been working with them for almost a year, maybe slowed during holiday sales, Reach out if you ever have any concerns
