I was extremely excited to start Tirzepatide. First month on .25ml, I had some energy but very little to no appetite suppression. Month 2 on .5ml, I have better appetite suppression but no energy. The scale is slowly dropping. Unsure if I will continue

I was happy with the ease of the process and speed of delivery. My big complaint is that a card is provided that tells you how many ml you’re supposed to inject, however the syringes don’t show ml! I have literally no idea how much to inject.
