So I put in an order for Tirzepatide. I already have a supplier but with the discount Good Meds offered and free shipping it was an attractive offer (see below). Until it wasn't. Apparently, in some slick marketing maneuver, the steep discount brings the price down to where you don't receive the free shipping offer. Once I saw this trick I immediately emailed them and asked that they cancel the order. Nope. I received this reply: Hi Daniel, Free shipping is available only for orders over $500. Your order after discount is $36.43 + $22 shipping fee. Let me know if you have any questions. Best Regards, CitizenMeds® Clinic Team Well, so much for customer service. I lost weight for the first two months, the last two months ZERO loss. Even increasing the dosage.

Interaction is non-existent or has been made impossible. 1) no customer service to call 2) no customer service 3) nobody to answer questions 4) once you sign up, good luck if you have questions.

There was absolutely no medication included, and after it was researched, they told me I was wrong, so therefore, I have severed all ties and speak very poorly of my experience

The process and product is not worth it

I ordered the "high dose" of NAD+ paid almost $200 and I got a super tiny amount it was not a weeks worth. I am taking 1ml or 100 units 3 times a week I should have got 1000mg. Contacted the company and was basically told sorry you can order again. I feel ripped off. They did not offer to solve. Very misleading.

My first vial I received was very weak and so I decided to try one more time. My major complaint is how they have treated me and basically their customer service person referred to me as a liar. I paid for over night shipping and UPS posted to tracking it was delivered next day when it was not. I did receive product one week later from USPS and medicine was hot. I filed a claim and UPS acknowledged to me they would refund the shipper (Citizen Meds). I contacted citizen meds and I was told UPS would never turn over to P.O. Well guess what they did! I was not looking for Citizen Meds to reimburse me only to help me with my lost package which finally showed up and unusable. I have ordered my product elsewhere and promptly received.

I placed an order with Citizen Meds over 7 business days ago. The payment was taken from my account right away, and I even received an email confirming my order. However, my order does not appear anywhere on their website under my account. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times by email, but I’ve received no response. At this point, I don’t want the stress or hassle—I want the product I paid for, not a headache. This lack of communication and follow-through is very concerning. I hope Citizen Meds addresses this quickly, because customers deserve reliability and transparency when it comes to their prescriptions.
