The products and customer service of Citizen Meds are great. My only complaint is the cost, which keeps going up with every new dosage. I had to find another provider with lower prices.

This medicine will sometimes be delivered every 3 weeks and sometimes it will be delayed and you won't be able to use it because it got hot.

Communication has been great, emailed questions are usually answered within a few days. They’re clear about when each month’s shipment is being processed and when to expect delivery. The syringes could be smaller/better quality so I buy my own from the local pharmacy. Once you get to the maintenance dose, you’re paying about the same as if you went direct with Lilly.

Tirzepatide is legit. Lost 24#’s so far (12 weeks). Reordering is a pain as website does not appear to maintain any history from past orders.

Process was easy. delivery was very fast. So far the product seems pure.

The arrival of my needs were timely. However the breakdown of my 3 month delivery was not mentioned. That left me confused as to how often I would be receiving my meds.
