Deeply concerning experience with Citizen Meds. Order placed and paid for 12/1 with express shipping remains unshipped and stuck in “processing.” Six emails requesting status updates have gone unanswered and one was a generic auto reply. Phone number goes straight to a personal voicemail. Their Plano office was closed during normal business hours with not a soul in sight (yes, I went there today). Their promise of 4-5 business day processing is a lie. I’ve missed my medication dose and now I’ll have to order elsewhere which will cause me to miss more doses! I’ll be disputing the $260 charge with my bank. The good reviews on here are fake. I guarantee it. This is not a legitimate company and I give it NO stars.

I received the tirzepitide and it wasn't at all cold. When I went to use it, it was cloudy and the vial contained not even one full dose. The company is saying that everything was okay and refused a refund.

I had been on Wegovy through my Dr, unfortunately, my insurance stop paying for it. I heard great things about this company, and I still do but not for the generic of the Wegovy, I have not lost 1 pound on this, I don’t feel any other way by this time with the prescription one I had lost 8 pounds, I’m extremely disappointed.

While customer service is great and responses are quick within 24 hours, and I received my order fairly quickly, however, I don't think this is a real product. I am on week 4 of semiglutide and have not lost any weight, not even a lb. Food noise is still the same and there has been no change in my appetite. When I was seeing a doctor in person, the semiglutide was working the same week and lost 10lbs in 4 weeks. So unfortunately, I don't think this is a real product.

The experience with the company itself was great. I've made multiple purchases through them. With regards to the Semiglutide product. Don't waste your money. I've had no results from it. Absolute waste of money.

Vial seems watered down not as much as says don't last a month on the low dose like it says
