I don't like that you have to start from the beginning each time you reorder.

I like the company but unfortunately the product makes me very sick so I am unable to take it..

Product is great but pricing is getting too high. Their mix is great with no side effects. But the pricing is higher than elsewhere. If they would lower their pricing, I would be able to stay on it.

Discounts for repeat customers should be greater than just what's out there for general public.

I have ordered with them twice. I have reached out every time I receive my package because when it arrives it is room temperature. I know it's supposed to come on ice, and I pay for the next day shipping, but it takes a few days to get here. They do not reach back out.

I thought reorder would go smoothly,since I provided info to facilitate. But this has not been the case.

The price is reasonable and medication came quickly. However, there is a lack of guidance and support on their website. For example, I have no idea of the price of my next dose, no tips or recommendations for people using their products. They need to beef all of this up instead of just collecting money and sending the meds.
