The delivery itself is perfect. It always is. But I haven't lost a single pound and it's so expensive to just maintain my current weight. There's only one more dose before I reach the maximum so I'm very discouraged it was all for nothing.

I've been using CitizenMeds for a compounded GLP-1 for the past 4 months. I've been taking less than what was fully prescribed for the 4th month (100cc) and only administering 70cc because I am only 15 lbs from my goal and I noticed a lot of weight-loss in my face and hoped to slow it down a bit. Well when I was drawing the medication from the vial I thought it looked like I wouldn't have enough for the entire 4 weeks. Which didn't make sense since I was only using 2/3 the dose prescribed. When I got to my 4th week I was right in my assumption, I could only draw out 40cc. I contacted CitizenMeds and right away they wanted photos of the vial, pictures of how many needles were left which doesn't make sense since you would only use 4 a month and I've gotten 4 bags of 10. I told them that and they said they will contact the pharmacy and let me know. I'm really disappointed. I've spent a small fortune with this company and they can't make it right with a paying customer and they are treating me like I'm being dishonest. I will not reorder from them, their lack of customer support is worse than the fact that I was given a vial with less than what should have been in there.

Much more expensive than the competition. Seem to take a long time one delivery as well. Bang average at best overall. Price garbage changing companies immediately

I have been requesting to speak to a doctor or counselor or pharmacist or clinician since I placed my order. I have no idea what my dosage is. No instructions came with the prescription

Please stop sending these horrible needles, the bevel looks like a Phillips head screw driver in some of the (likely a mistake in manufacturing and poor quality) and really hurts. Also, took almost 2 weeks to get my order. Takes longer everytime I have ordered. This my be my last!

I ordered on the 5-14 and it is now about to be 5-20 and I haven't heard anything even after payment for the overnight delivery

This is my first time ordering from Citizen Meds and while the $218 has cleared my bank account, I still haven’t received any updates other than they received my initial order and it is processing from May 10th. I am not accustomed to not having updates or communication. I have sent three emails with no response to date. I understand orders take time to fulfill but it has been sitting with a physician since May 10th and no updates. I also paid for overnight shipping, which leads you to believe it is an expedited process, but that is not the case.

I've reached out multiple times regarding concerns (shipping charge for next day/2nd day delivery), orders have been taking 4-5 days, and I even sent a video showing that the vial and withdrawn amounts don't add up to the prescription. I was told they would change my shipping charge from $22 to $12, but here we are with another month of having to contact them about it (I have it in writing from an email saying it would be corrected), but no luck. Emails are sent with concerns and it takes on average for someone to respond within 3-4 days and often my question isn't even answered:(. The number is non-existent (voicemail always full). I'm also concerned over the monthly charges. No where on the site does it state the medicine cost will increase with each passing month. I thought from the wording and purchase it was locked it at one price. It seems to increase greatly every month. Overall, if communication was better I would definitely feel better. However, it's frustrating to contact and have to wait for a reply that doesn't hold up or is responded to. I'm also concerned this business is not BBB accredited and has an "F" rating for non-responses to complaints.
