They are very easy to work with. Product comes timely with clear instructions. I started with my weight loss journey in November 2024 and as of April 2024 I have lost 40 lbs. I couldn't be happier, I haven't been this weight in over 30 years. I haven't had any side effects other than no appetite which is great!!
