Update! I got a response and my order was shipped and delivered within 2 days. Very happy with my order. I placed an order on 5/5/25 and today is 5/10/25 and still haven’t heard anything. I would love an update on my order. It would be great if they keep us in the loop during the process.

today i gave citizen meds a horrible review about this company being a scam and not providing good customer service. i am here to update my review. customer service contacted me today and provided the customer service that i expected when the order was placed. i now rate them at 5 stars to reach out and solve my problem. this occurred all in the same day. thank you citizen meds.
