Customer beware of product failure after just over a year. Beware of warranty coverage. Only covers two years and prorated a percentage there after until year 8. My Circupool Core 55 failed 3 times already. The first two-time Circupool replaced free of charge but this third time, they want to charge me 60% of the cost of cell under warranty. The first two, plastic cracked. Third time, control module says clean cell and cell low life after having for 1 1/2 years. I don't think I want to put anymore money into this product.

My cell only lasted two summers. The company does not replace it but prorates it. It is supposed to last 5 to 8 years, and two summers is not even close.

Bought a circu pool salt cell and control panel. Did two factory fixes in the first year and then the cooling fan died. Won’t buy that brand again.

Replacement filter cartridges that were sent do not fit the CJ 2750 filter I purchased in 2022. I called customer service and explained the issue to Ashley and a week later to Cindy. Sent the information and pictures as requested to both service representatives. I have not heard back from either of them. Initial contact date made to CircuPool was on June 26, 2024.

Purchased an Edge 40 in July 2019. During the first year had to send it back three times and each time pay the shipping both ways. On the third time, they sent me a system. I started to have problem with the cell system in July on 2022. After a few weeks of trial and error to fix the issue, I finally had to send the Cell unit for repair. I received an email from them that had to pay $254.94 ( 60% of the new replacement plus shipping). I paid and called CS to tell them that I was not happy with the outcome and I was told that the company has gone above and beyond their normal duty to take care of the issue. I am still wondering why was it above and beyond their responsibility to take care of their customer. I do understand that there are times that there is an issue with a product BUT 3 times in the first year and now only after two years of the new cell, pay close to additional $300 to hear that they did me a favor to take my money.

Had 2 CircuPool Salt System Units failed after less than 2 Years! Cost this owner over $120.00 in postage and bypass cells and now CircuPool wants another $264.20 for repairs. My Hayward unit lasted 7 years without any repairs. These units do not last! Buyer beware.
