Great service and turnaround. Simple process online to follow. Overhead computer on my '02 Excursion went out. Finally decided to get it fixed. Looked up the link on Riff Raff diesels blog and followed the link. Filled out the online repair form and selected shipping options, packed it up and took it to the FedEx store. Turnaround was about 5 days (due to shipping out on a Friday). Received notification when received and when repaired/returned. Looked at it when it got back, saw the components that had been changed out and they had re-flowed/soldered all the components. Will consider sending my dash computer next.

I sent them my dps module, it cost 50 dollars to send. They sent it back stating it was repaired. FedEx damaged it to where I couldn't even get one of the screw holes to line up. But I plugged it in to see if it worked other than the one hole. It had the exact same problem. I called and the instructed me to send it back. I sent it back they called me a week or so later and said they couldn't fix the original issue. They refunded me the repair cost. I lost out on my shipping cost and the unit is damaged worse than when I sent it in and they wont do anything about it.

Sent my module in stating what the vehicle was doing. Received module back and reinstalled. Everything worked properly and all lights were off that were previously on. Highly recommend these guys for dash clusters to abs modules!

My 2012 Mazda5 had a failed TCM. Circuit Board Medics had me back on the road within a couple of days. Customer service is fantastic, and they seem to genuinely care about their customers!

The total process of repairing my 2004 Ford F150 instrument cluster went flawlessly from scheduling, communication, repair and delivery. I have reinstalled the cluster and it functions without any problems. The brake light is now out and functions as it should. I highly recommend Circuit Board Medics to anyone needing instrument cluster repair.
