Not very honest or trustworthy company. Sent in a set of gauges to be repaired and came back doing the same thing. Called them back about concern and was told to send them back into them. After they received the gauges they called and told me that there was nothing wrong with the gauges and charged me another $50. I sent them a video of what the gauges were doing and they called backed to tell me it was something wrong with the vehicle and not the gauges. Tested the pin fit and wiring in truck and found no issues. Took a set of gauges from another vehicle and placed in the truck. drove truck for almost a week without any problems from the gauges. Called the circuit board medics back and then they tell me the gauges are now unrepairable and must be replaced. They said they would not refund any money paid to them (even the $50 warranty recheck fee) unless I send them the receipt from having the gauges repaired. So I pay you to repair gauges them you are too incapable to fix. then charge $50 for a warranty repair since gauges not broken, then after i have vehicle checked at my own expense to prove the issues is with gauges, you tell me they cant be fixed and refuse any refund unless i prove you wrong. Terrible business that don't stand behind their work and warranty isn't worth anything. STAY AWAY from this company if you have any sense.

Our Maytag Front Load Washer Maxima (MHW6000XW2), which was purchased about 10 years ago and was functioning well, suddenly stopped working. Water will not fill and the door remains locked. After researching the error code, (F01 E02 on display) on the internet, I discovered the problem was most likely the motor control unit not communicating well with the washer. I am not an expert on computer, and I am quite a novice when it comes to repairing anything mechanical. By clicking the circuit board medics you tube video on replacing the motor unit, it appeared that I may be able to accomplish the task. The video was quite instructive in how to remove the rear panel and disconnect the wiring capsules to the motor unit compartment. There were other videos of the same, but the circuit board medics one was really crystal clear. I could tell they spent time and efforts in producing this video. Ordering the motor unit on the website was fairly easy, and the exchange program was a nice touch in that I received a furbished unit first, which I was able to install, and sent the broken core back to circuit board medics. This way, I did not have to wait for my unit to be repaired. I ordered the unit on Friday and received the unit next Tuesday. You should see how elated my wife was: she had her favorite washer working again after needing to go to local laundromat once unhappily. The washer ends up being out of commission for only 5 days. You know the phrase, happy wife, happy marriage. The price on the unit was about 50% of what a new unit would have been, and since I was able to fix it myself, I did not have to pay a repair person several hundred dollars. Overall, I was extremely satisfied how it turned out.

I was a bit skeptical about using these guys but as it turned out I was in a situation where my choices were bad and worse. I have a 30" Jenn-Air gas built-in oven that I had trouble finding 20 years ago when I put it in and now they are more scarce than hens teeth. Literally! So it started to display the dreaded F-1 error and would not consistently heat up to programmed temperature. After considering my two options: Bad: Replace the 30" gas oven with a 24" which aside from being 20% smaller, it would require an unsightly modification to my cabinets. Worse: Replace the gas oven with an electric. That would require running a dedicated 220V. line to the unit (very costly) plus much less efficiency than gas. So with those very two poor options I decided to spend the $220 plus shipping and give Circuit Board Medics a chance. It turned out to be a very good decision indeed. I pulled the board and sent it in. I wasn't in a big hurry and to save a few bucks I decided on ground transportation (Fedex is their shipper of choice so ok). In hindsight I should've ponied up the extra for overnight (more on that later). So when they received it, eight days later, I was quickly advised via email that they had indeed received my unit. The following day I received a phone call from Drew. After spending several minutes with me explaining that they could not replicate my problems, but also that it may be due to the fact that I did not send in the touchpad portion of the control (which I had no idea I should have) and he gave me additional options to either send in the touchpad or he would reduce the charge to a test only ($40) and return the unit to me with no repair. Although unsettling, since they could not identify the problem, I decided to go ahead and send them the touchpad for further testing. Drew sent me a prepaid shipping label via email within minutes and never asked or mentioned additional cost for that. Fantastic customer service right there that you simply don't see in this day and age. It was another 8 days however for Fedex to get this from So. Cal. to South Carolina. But oh well. Drew again called me the morning after receiving the touch pad to tell me once again that they had performed approximately 7 hours of testing and again, could not duplicate the F-1 fault and again asked me if I wanted to continue with the replacement of the usual wear components (larger capacitors and relays) or they could send the entire assy. back to me and charge me only for testing of $40. Since I felt I had no option at this point I asked him to perform the replacement of the common wear components and he said he would also fix a couple of solder joints that had microscopic fractures but were unlikley the cause of my problem. Along with the agreed repair I also asked him to upgrade the shipping to next day which he did and literally 24 hours later I had the unit handed to me by the Fedex driver. It took me a couple of days to get it installed but it's been in for three days now and we've used the oven several times and so far, no faults. The oven is getting up to temperature quickly and fingers crossed it will provide another several years of use. They also sent a 2 year warranty so if we should happen to have this issue again I suppose I will call them and go through the process again but with the components they've already replaced I'm hopeful we won't see this issue again for a long while.

My Jenn Air oven circuit board went out and they don't make replacement parts for it. Fixing the circuit board was our only option other than buying a new oven for 3500.00. It is a down draft venting oven so options are limited. Circuit medics fixed it quickly and it works perfectly! I would highly recommend this company.

It is a mockery to work with such a company like Circuit Board medics. I would not recommend anyone to work with them due to their Affidavit after you already paid them for the part and the overnight shipping. Their MANAGER called me to mock me and tell me about the affidavit. Any excuses from him are valid because he already has my money, what a shame. It will be bad for not only your pocket but most your bss. Let's not say that all their reasons are right and you sole are wrong and have been wrong. What an insult. Bye and never again.

I sent in the instrument cluster from my 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty. It had a well-known issue where the "Battery Saver Relay" fails to provide power for the radio and other circuits. Well, within a matter of days I got the cluster back, and the problem was fixed. I'm happy.
