5 star for treatment, 3 star for waiting time
I rate this company at 5 stars for being affordable and giving effective treatment, listening and working with their patients and willing to make adjustments when needed. The only thing I would suggest doing differently, if it can be helped, is to work on response time, through the chat options. Those of us suffering with mental health, particularly those with ADHD, are going through a rough time, and our providers as well, when it comes to locating our medications. If we could hear back from someone through the chat options in regards to pharmacy changes or any other adjustments, I believe it would save the patients from a lot of anxiety over not knowing what's going on. Mind you, it is within a 12 hour window but I feel it could be beneficial if the time did not exceed more than 2 hours. Thank you circle medical!!

My prescriber always takes the time to…
My prescriber always takes the time to explain everything to me. From dosage to expected side effects I never leave the call questioning what he told me. We also discuss homeopathic alternatives that can also help my condition. He takes the time to really hear what I’m saying and then prescribes what he sees best fits my symptoms!
