I have used this platform for several months and it was excellent and convenient. In a very short amount of time I have had 3 appointments canceled. My regular provider was very thorough and personable however I have come to find out she can no longer prescribe in my state due to licensing changes, a heads up would've been nice. Recently I made an appointment for am extremely painful condition and my provider was very kind and understanding and prescribed a topical cream however it is now 6 hours later, my provider is offline and "leadership is working on it" to get my prescription sent over to my pharmacy. I am sitting in the CVS parking lot, if they close before this can be sent I will be out of pocket a few thousand dollars at my nearest emergency room. I don't know what happened to Circle Medical, but if this is what "a modern doctors office" looks like, it looks pretty awful. I will however say the patient care coordinators are friendly and responsive, will see if they have the authority to deliver any results.

They have FNPs doing psych evals which is outside their scope of practice. The nurse we saw never sent the medication to the pharmacy. Then she never showed up for the next appt with no notice. Just a no show. Patients are charged if they do that! They still have my money so I need to work on getting that back. Still didn't get the prescription.

You pay $100 for 15 minutes of a doctors time, even though your appointment will say its an hour long. That should be illegal and any doctor that signs up to give that kind of care is dead inside. AwwI’ve been with them for a year due to living in a remote area, but their carelessness and lack of concern for my well-being has made getting my prescription difficult every single month. Will write a review about how terrible their service is on every platform I can find.

I paid $150 for ADHD treatment when I suddenly needed a new provider. After meeting with my PA, I'm ready to call the police for theft by deception! They said they were sending in a prescription for the medication I had been on, but it was not at the pharmacy. I went back and had a message "it was found we would not be a good fit for you after the Provider's assessment, and clinical advice was given, so the appointment is considered billable by definition.

Gross misdiagnosis. The Dr not only grossly mis understood, or grossly exaggerated what I said, but wrote down almost complete opposite of what I said, apon review of her "Notes".This makes me question 3 things. Is she incompetent?is she malace?or is this a format in which she has been told to follow? Oh I guess there is one more thing. She "questioned" if I was schizophrenic... So I do question whether or not I'm writing this in reality rn.. 😉 DO NOT USE BIG WASTE OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME!

This service is terrible and should be shut down. The doctors are not in network with all of the insurance companies they claim to be. They are only going after an out of pocket payment. They charge you $150.00 for a visit. I literally had the provider tell me I was good fit to only be told that they could not treat me. No real explanation as to why I couldn't be treated by them, no ref feral to a local provider, nothing. They just bill take your money and walk away so stay away!! Total rip off!!

This site is terrible. Went through a visit with the provider, which was not effective and billing through an app only... Ridiculous... I used another similar site and had my concerns resolved immediately... Find somewhere else.
