If you don’t have mental health problems when you use Circle as a provider you will when they’re done with you! The PA booked a second session with me the next morning for no apparent reason other then to complete a mental health survey which took me about a minute to complete. Curious huh only to find out I was charged an extra $100 for something that could have been done in the first meeting. What’s worse it was never disclosed to me I would have been charged twice. The script was written for 14 days. I wasn’t aware of this. I’ve always received 30 day scripts. It would be nice to know this. What’s worse, an out of state PA can only write an ADHD script for 7 days. So I paid $200 for 7 medication pills and the pharmacy rejected the script for the 14 days.I sent a msg on the app and no response ever from the PA. I had to call and they stated she would escalate the matter with the primary Dr and the PA, here it is 8 days following my first appointment and the script still has not been corrected or modified and I have only heard from a coordinator. I get all the corporate speak exudes from the patient coordinators. “We understand how you feel” You can be assured we are working diligently on filling your script.” Etc etc. what a mess?

Got the Rx…can’t find a pharmacy that will fill it. Literally takes DAYS to get a response from anyone. Ridiculous.

Followed up 6x over 3 weeks to get a referral to a cardiologist. Still no results.

Some dr i have never met dr n Tsang. Her name is listed as my PCP. I have never met this woman in my entire life. I don't even live in California. I had used the scam company circle medical. SHE MAY BE AN OK DR, but if her name is attached to that scam of a dr office-her ethics should be questioned. No one will take their prescriptions

They are great at billing you for everything, after that you're on your own. For your $150 all you're getting is a Zoom call, after that you're on your own.

Most of your care and concerns are left in the hands of their horrendous patient care coordinators who are literally given a fancy title for customer service agents. They are given the authority and ability to abruptly cancel your care without consulting your doctor. They violate hippa and ask for medical records and other sensitive medical and personal information to be sent through a chat that everyone including customer service agents have access to.

If I could give zero stars I would. This business is a scam. They will say they’ve sent a prescription, and maybe they did, but pharmacies won’t get it and then to confront the issue and ask the provider to send it you have to make another appointment for it. And be charged again. On multiple occasions this has happened and circle handles it in a shady manner always placing blame somewhere else and not refunding for excess appointments that were only necessary because they require them. There is no customer service or anyone to talk to either. I’d recommend never using them. To be fair the providers have been kind- but that is the only positive.

Worst experience I have ever had. The app didn't remember my state so I spent $100 to speak to a provider who could not help me. The initial consultation was fine, but no way to maintain the same provider moving forward. Circle Medical will not allow me to have another Initial consultation so I'm just in limbo and out of my Rx. In person only from now on.
