If I could 0 star I would. Spent 250$ to get an ADHD diagnosis for the Dr to ask me the same questions as the questionnaire. They have me booked for a follow up appointment to spend another 100$, however I haven’t even found anywhere that has my medication. Nor will they help find a place that does. This is a total sham, scam, take your money plan. Some of the agents are decent, if you get Jose, just ask for a different agent, dude is pitiful, disrespectful, and will disregard everything you say. Jose should indeed seek a new occupation, customer service will never be it. I came seeking help, and have not received it once. Look elsewhere, spend elsewhere. Too much greed in this world. Circle Medical should change the name to Greed Medical.

Don't waste your time with this company. I set up a appointment with a provider. The provider asked from my primary care physician. I gave it to her twice and she still did not have it correct. I have tried several times to contact them and correct it. Contacting them on a specific issues is frustrating and they just give you the run around. Being able to only contact on the phone app is difficult when you have to write a long explanation. I am going to fight the initial appointment with my credit card company.

There are a lot of good platforms to receive medical treatment online, but Circle Medical is not one of them. They are completely unresponsive. I have been trying to reach them about a billing issue for weeks, and they haven’t responded. Awful customer service they won’t be around long.

This company is PREDATORY. They advertise same-day treatment but make you pay and go through 2 exams that they draw out as long as possible. Something that should have been 15 minutes took 45 minutes so they can guilt you into paying 2x what you should. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have been using Circle as my provider for about a year and a half. I have loved my providers. I’ve recommended it to people. But the company has made being a patient such a nightmare that I now want to switch and file a complaint with the FDA. I moved to a different state, and in my last appointment my provider said to update my pharmacy in the app and let support know where to send my new Rx. I did that, and support ridiculously refused to send it until I confirmed that the pharmacy (the same exact chain I was using before) would fill a telehealth Rx. Next, they refused to send it because my provider was out of state. After months of back and forth I FINALLY got them TO READ MY APPOINTMENT NOTES and have my Rx sent to the new local pharmacy. 29 days later I found out from the pharmacy that my Rx was expiring without being filled due to a national shortage of my medication. I contacted them immediately to have it resent and they told me it was resent only to not resend it and to tell me to make an appointment through a different channel that I never received a notification for. Then when I contacted support again about why my pharmacy was saying it wasn’t resent (because you are not allowed to have any direct contact with providers without an appointment) they refused to resolve my issue without an appointment and threatened to drop me as a patient for saying that I felt “nobody gives a sh** about my care”. I lost my job 6 months ago and have not yet been able to get a new one because I am suffering without medication I need to function due to Circle medical’s incompetent support. Find a provider somewhere else, because if anything goes wrong outside of when you are physically on a call with your provider (the only time you’re allowed to communicate with your provider), Circle will just take your appointment money and have their support team make your life a living nightmare until you pay them money for a new appointment even though they never followed through from the last one.

Definitely not what I was told would happen. The first appointment is them charging $150 to ask for medical records. The doctor was ten minutes late and then rushed me off the call. Basically will take at least 5 appointments to get anywhere and I’ve already been diagnosed and taking a prescription. They also make you do bloodwork, a physical and CVS will not honor their scripts. Waste of money.

I filed a complaint with the BBB. It started out well - signed up had an appointment the following Monday with a nurse. After the appointment I provided my medical records then I chatted to find out status. And the chat stated they are reviewing that following day I asked if there was any progress they told me they did not have my records so I resent. Although some of these sites are legit and not fraudsters you have to weed out the scumbags like this place. Why the FCC has allowed them to keep there website up is beyond me. I even saw these reviews and like an optimistic idiot I thought nah...they might have changed but these reviews are real. Its a waste of time, another site I was researching is done they might be legit but theyre expensive and probably only a short time solution. My advise find a local physician I know many of physicians in my area are booked for months out so that is an issue. But I highly recommend to heed the reviews here they are true. And if the BBB gets enough complaints they will shut them down once and for all.

couldn't agree more with the rest of the reviews. absolutely horrendous customer service (long wait times, constantly being transferred from one agent to another without them briefing each other on the context of the chat, request tickets being auto closed before anyone reviews, etc etc.) as far as prescription refills - also horrendous. my provider failed to get the pre auth docs to my insurance in time 3x in a row so at this point i'm just considering going to another doctor because i can't wait any longer for my refill. as far as medical care, also horrible. i booked an appointment for a well visit and the provider was unprofessional and just sounded like he was reading a script of questions he didn't understand. i in no way feel like i'm actually getting any well rounded or even baseline medical care here. app experience -terrible. messaging feature is clunky and spread across two tabs (both of which are not user friendly). i'd avoid this app/service at all costs really. it's a microcosm of everything that's wrong with the medical industry, really.
