Paid a lot for what I already knew and…
Paid a lot for what I already knew and explained. My pains remains and instead of actually looking at option to fix my back I was again offered a chiropractor, only. No real look into my pain at all. And nothing regarding my bent penis. Also I have insurance but am told there’s a problem and nobody has taken care of that issue either

Doctor sent my refills to the wrong pharmacy. Waste of my time.

Easy access to great doctors, but TERRIBLE support
I very much appreciate the doctors and and the convenient access to doctors with Circle, however, the support is extremely frustrating. You can only chat with support and it takes 1-2 days for them to respond to a single message. They do not give an option to email or call, so getting support on something simple takes WEEKS and is incredibly frustrating. I will be moving away from this soon.

We have recently been experiencing a surge in patient requests, specifically those related to prescription/pharmacy issues, and we are working hard to assist all patients as quickly as possible. However, I do know how frustrating the delay has been for many of our patients. Close to perfect, but then, it turned into big hassle
Well, I had a great appointment with the dr. She said she’d send in prescription, I never received notification from Walgreens, tried to inquire on the app, it was very cumbersome. Didn’t get any response from the ai customer service, said it would connect me with someone. The this evening I went to app and dr. Said she sent but I needed to call Walgreens. Called Walgreens, they don’t see that anything was sent, or had been attempted to be sent.

I had to pay for full price for my…
I had to pay for full price for my visit because they didn’t verify my insurance after seeing the Dr 3 times!! So, take it upon yourself to make sure they verify your insurance! 3 visits and nothing came out of all 3, no meds and back to square 1!!!!

One and done
It’s frustrating that healthcare is about money. They hold medications hostage until you see/ call multiple times which then comes out of the consumer’s pocket because you have to keep paying for unnecessary visits. Sometimes people know their condition better and that needs to be respected. The lack of communication between the pharmacy and the facility was insane. The back and forth because one blamed the other was infuriating and the bot responses always “closing out the conversation “ are disrespectful. At some point someone should actually reach out. Don’t remember the exact date but was during the summer 2023.
