Will Never Use Again or Recommend
Somehow acquired my personal checking account information and charged me hundreds of dollars without warning. I had always paid via credit card for my invoices and when I contacted support, they said there was nothing they could do to reverse the charges from my debit account to the credit card that I always pay with. This resulted in massive overdraft fees from my bank which I was saddled with without recourse.

I had a first time appointment
I had a first time appointment, then immediately after I was told my provider left Circle. They referred me to another provider, who was sent all of my records, who then never contacted me. So I wasted my time and money.

can i give zero stars? i'd much rather receive medical care at a taco truck than at circle medical (anywhere else, really), where do i even begin.

Horrible
Horrible company. Spent months over charging me for visits and I had to spend so much additional time chasing down my money.

App loses documents uploaded regularly or takes to long to post to account. Physician never has what she needs despite multiple uploads.

Charged $175 and no further action and…
Charged $175 and no further action and doctor who saw me left the company when they were supposed to schedule my follow up appointment.
