Not a real primary care provider
Not a real primary care provider. Cannot do what other primaries can do because it is "out of their scope". If basic things are out of your scope, you are not real provider. Also make you have a ton of follow up visits (every single appointment, even follow-ups) so that they can get another $120 everytime for a 15 minute conversation.

an absolute SCAM
an absolute SCAM. I scheduled a virtual appointment to refill my prescription using a large button that said “free virtual visit”. TWO MONTHS LATER, I was charged billed $500. When I called to explain the mistake, the billing department said there was nothing they could do, but acknowledged that it was a “low complexity visit”. I felt violated, and asked them to cancel my subscription with an immediate refund, and asked them to remove my data from all of their systems. They can’t remove my data due to HIPPA compliance. So not only did they scam me, but they have access to my sensitive health information. PLEASE think twice before using Circle Medical.

Really bad service
Really bad service. Everything is online, so they save soo much money. I would think they would pay for good employees. Customer service reps are incompetent, billing is a blunder. You’ll get a wrong bill coz they do it incorrectly with insurance. You’ll see a doctor from a different state and that maybe out of network for you. They also don’t keep good records and take forever to provide copy of your records to you. On top of all that, the doctors/providers don’t stay for long. Most likely they are underpaid. They see too many patients a day. This is a perfect business model if you are the owner of the company.

Misleading
I was told that I would be able to get my prescription filled online. Instead I paid, and received nothing except telling me that I had to go to an in-person appointment or I could not get my Rx filled.

No treatment plan was offered.
My appointment with Candace Richards was an awful waste of time. I made an appointment looking for help with my thyroid based on several symptoms I was having that indicated reverse T3 issues. The provider was too uninformed to even test my reverse T3 levels, much less put any effort into getting me real help. The whole experience was pathetic. She came back with no treatment plan to help me, just regurgitated empty lifestyle advice which echoed all of the things I said I already tried. drinking more water and eating kale and getting 8 hours of sleep a night is not going to fix anyone's thyroid issues. She also had the nerve to ask me to follow up in a month. I promptly cancelled my follow up. What a joke this practice is.
