It was easy to set up the appointment. Just need everything handy to do it, insurance cards, ID.

Initially bad experience, but things have improved.
My wife and I went to our first appointment and everything was fine. Never heard anything from them again. Never requested our records...just silence. Not sure what to make of this place. Is it a one off or is it just poorly run? I'll update the review if anything changes. Updated 12/1/2023: Seems like they moved to fix things after the poor review. Although the system seems like it needs to be a little more responsive to clients or the service will never take gain wide acceptance.

Dr. Turnover
The 2 Dr’s that I’ve had appts with have been great except that this last Dr. is now no longer there & I’ll have to tell the same story to now a 3rd. Dr.; that is bothersome.

Could be better
The individual doctors are great although I’ve had a few not show up for appointments and I still had to pay for them. Since the updates to the app were made, I also have had issues getting into contact with general support folks which has been frustrating.
