Waste of Money
"Intake appointment" was a handful of questions, a "we will finish this next week" and only took 10 min. Waste of about $100

Hi Matthew, and thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. Our practice uses a 2 appointment process for many areas of care. The initial appointment is used to establish your medical history, and go over your symptoms and past diagnoses, all to determine what the best treatment plan would be for you. The second appointment is used to confirm the diagnosis and put into action the discussed plan. The interview was not good, a robbery
The interview was not good, only two or three questions were asked to diagnose. How can you diagnose some one by asking two questions. Normally theres a questionnaire of at least 15 -25 questions of in depth questions. You guys charged me $149 for a 3 minute interview, that was useless.

I want my money back
I want my money back. The doctor basically almost was falling asleep during our appointment. She was yawning through your questionnaire and it was a waste of my time and my money that I do not have a lot of. You’re stealing from poor people. I will tell EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW not to use this worthless platform. I want my money back.

They provided a prescription but nobody…
They provided a prescription but nobody would fill it. They fail to tell you many pharmacies will not fill a prescription from out of area providers. Also, was not told about additional charges until AFTER I spoke with them. Provider said she would need to call me back the following day and charged an additional $100. Then I get an invoice for an additional $149 for an appointment I never had. That $149 original appointment ended up costing me $398. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

The doctor was 10 minutes late & though…
The doctor was 10 minutes late & though the provider made me feel helped, they never sent there medicare referrals.

Better business bureau: 77 complaints
If I could rate it -17393 I would. Better Business Bureau has a rating of 1.45/5 stars with 77 complaints closed in the last 12 months. Check it out on Better Business Bureau. This establishment should be shut down. If you see on zocdoc that a doctor is part of this organization, run for the hills. The doctor wrote the wrong directions on my prescription and my pharmacy will not fill it due to his error. There is no way to get in touch with the doctor and the circle medical team had no way of getting in touch with him either. They did not do anything to rectify the situation and now it is the end of the next day, and I still do not have my needed medication. They treat prescriptions as if you are waiting on an Amazon package. You will never get anyone on the phone, even with requesting.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, back to back virtual visits scheduled and tried to charge for both then send me to a physical location to charge again. Absolutely ridiculous, just a giant cash grab that if youre willing to pay a boatload before even getting a non guaranteed script for your meds than go for it. I wont be dealing with this garbage company anymore.

Our practice uses a 3 appointment process when taking on new ADHD patients. The initial appointment is used to establish your medical history, and go over your symptoms and past diagnoses, all to determine what the best treatment plan would be for you. The second appointment is used to confirm the diagnosis and put into action the discussed plan. The third appointment would be a required wellness exam to assess your overall health. After any appointments, we have a dedicated prescription support team who can help with any prescription or pharmacy issues as needed. I made an appointment they said they…
I made an appointment they said they would help me. Then after I talk to a doctor for about 5 minutes they told me to find a provider in my area and charged me $100. did not do nothing for me. They are scam artists and whatever you do do not use this company they do not help people they take your money. And then when I told them I wanted my card off file they would not take it off file. I made a complaint and they said that I had an appointment and automatically charges me $100 even though they did nothing for me except tell me to look in my area for another doctor. If you are looking for a good Telehealth try Quick MD. They are actually legit and they actually help people and do not rob people for their money

Circle Medical is a Primary Care Practice, meaning our scope of care for behavioural health may be limited, and there are times when one of our providers meets with a patient looking to be diagnosed or treated and their best clinical recommendation is that more specialized care might be required. If no services by our team are rendered, then we do want to make sure that you do not get charged, so I would encourage you if you are able to reach out via the chat and ask to speak to the Patient Relations team, who will be able to look into your case further and assist you as needed.
