Back when I didn't have insurance, I used Circle Medical to get screened for ADHD, and my provider, Jeanne Bird, PA-C really seemed to care about me and tried to help me figure the issues I was having out. She was very kind, understanding, and thorough with me. Even though I couldn't get the help I initially looked for in the beginning, she urged me to see an in-person psychiatrist to have a more thorough screening because, even though my symptoms were on spot, she suspected I may have been suffering from PTSD over ADHD. Well enough, I was diagnosed with PTSD a few months later. I'm grateful for Circle Medical for being so easy to use and for giving me such a wonderful doctor, and I'm sorry that so many people had poor experiences with the service.

I've been using Circle for about 6 months now. I moved from Colorado to Florida and needed a new treatment provider for ADHD. We meet once a month for a video appointment through the app and I see the same doctor each time. In addition, I just had my first general health and wellness check up, again with the same doctor. She ordered blood tests which I had done at a local lab. Our appointments are well-timed, I never feel rushed, and my health questions get answers. Reading through the negative reviews, it looks like a lot of people expecting a quick and easy adderall prescription.

Maybe I just had good doctors but I’ve had really good luck and had a great experience to manage my ADHD. The company went out of their way to help with finding a way to get my medication despite the shortage

I am shocked at some of these reviews. I used them when I got sick and because Im an asthmatic was having a hard time breathing.. I was paired with Dr. Gary Nadeau. I saw him multiple times during this whole ordeal. He is actually the most caring doctor Ive EVER seen. My insurance was giving me a hard time so he, himself, not the care team, HIM, on his own time called to figure out what the heck was going on. Then, he contacted me multiple times to check up on me. We were both concerned that I may be headed toward a hospitalization. He spent a lot of extra time checking in on me after my appointment. Ive never had a doctor show that level of care or time on men after the appointment was over. Its so easy to talk honestly with him because he knows and admits so many people are mistreated by doctors, he gets why people avoid doctors. He really is the best doctor Ive ever seen. Ive never had a doctor that cares this much.

I found Circle Medical to be helpful, polite, proficient, professional and informative. Their repeated appointment reminders were a god send, and the practitioner I worked with was friendly and thorough. Signing up, making an appointment and getting approved for a prescription was smooth and painless, and for someone who finds filling out forms and making phone calls for my medical needs unbearably difficult, this was amazing for me. I immediately recommended them to a friend and would do so again. A great company.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences and I’m not sure why the rating is so low. I have two young kids at home and can’t make it to my PCP for every little issue so I tried telemedicine. So far they’ve been quick to respond through the app, no billing issues, they’ve given me medications and sent to multiple pharmacies when I’ve had issues with finding my medications. I can always get an appointment within 48 hours with the same doctor. Honestly, as long as your insurance takes Circle Medical and you’re coming with average/common issues (migraines, hair loss, depression, ADHD), I don’t know why it wouldn’t be great. Maybe I just got a good doctor. Whitley Hockensmith.

I had a great experience with my adhd evaluation..don’t listen to the people who obviously don’t understand their INSURNACE.. if you have INSURNACE policies that require you to pay deductibles before the INSURNACE covers costs then of course you are going to be charged a larger number. Every appointment is billed as primary care office visit..Also when it comes to not receiving your prescription it’s because a prior auth was taken place before getting said prescription. Know your insurance before you make reviews. I had no trouble.. at all.. my copay is $20 no deductible and rx is $15 prescriptions with tier one drugs... no prior auth needed… also tier one is a generic brand..that’s it.. there were two appointments.. one was going over medical history and slightly about symptoms and the second was the evaluation.. got my prescription same day..hopefully this helps. This is not a scam

After using another telehealth provider during the pandemic that I'm entirely Done with, I can't say enough good things about Circle Medical. This has been a night and day change from my previous telehealth provider. My messages are answered in a timely fashion. I can book an appointment with my provider and be seen within a day, not 6+ months. And I feel they are actually legitimately trying to help me with my diagnosis instead of just collecting my money and writing prescriptions. Most pharmacies won't even accept prescriptions written by this other company anymore. That should tell you something about what a scam it is. I highly recommend the staff at Circle.
