Trying to add my identification to the app is a nightmare. I continuously get an error message to try again, and customer service does nothing at all to help. They continue to reuse the same dialogue despite me telling them I have tried multiple addresses. The customer service is abhorrent.

This person I guess her name is Jen she is so rude ...we have decided never to go back to any circle k ...this company needs to think before hiring lazy mean people....

Not only is this store never stocked. I have to go through a bunch of people asking for spare change. I spend over $1,200 a month in the store at 51st and Warner. Most times a have to go to Ray rd. To get what I want. Not looking for anything. Just want to let you know, you lost a good customer. Will never return

Tried to get rewards, survey never ended. I will never set foot in another Circle K. Left there without purchasing anything

I have been putting my phone number into the digital system at the store located on Quadra st. in Victoria BC Canada as I purhace alot of frosters at this store and one gets a free drink every 5 purchaaces..I had reached the right number and I asked the store clerk to leave it in the system and my friend paid for the froster i had at that time when i returned early in the morning to collect my free froster i was told i didnt have one.This is fraud and theft and i will be reporting this store to our local BBB and will be contacting our local news outlets as people need to know that this store is shady and staels from customers Robert Lance Delves 778 949 2159 lancetheguy23outlook.com

Went in to buy Apple gift cards for Christmas only to find out that right after I bought them they were redeemed and I lost $450 dollars and they wouldn’t do anything about it even called the number on the cards and they told me once I purchased them couple minutes after they were redeemed neither Apple gift cards and circle k would help I’d be advised buying any gift card from there establishment

Worst place I have ever been involved with to work for. 38% of new hires quit within the first 40 hours of employment. They throw away way too much food when folks are starving. Simple demographics...if you have a McDonald's, Chic Filet, Subway, Popeyes within 300 feet of your location...you get my point. Right on the other side of the freeway is more food choices. My job was threatened when I became Ill and was told I must come to work. Ended up in the hospital that night with acute pneumonia and a 3 day hospital stay. I would have died on site as my oxygen level was 87%. I was in management for 43 years and responsible for over 200 employee's and 34 million a year in revenue and dealt with multiple fortune 100 and 500 companies and this is beyond common sense and comprehension.
