Full of false positive -- not useful
Spent extra to find inactive followers, but results were full of false positives. No info on the dashboard for when they had last tweeted. Had to check manually -- not worth the trouble.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. The accounts you are seeing are not false positives. When we refer to 'inactive followers,' we mean users who tweet infrequently on average. For instance, an account that tweeted yesterday but had no activity for the entire previous year is still classified as inactive. This classification also applies to accounts that tweet only sporadically, despite a few recent tweets. Our evaluation process includes examining the age of the account (e.g., two years old) and the total number of tweets over that period. This methodology helps us provide a more accurate understanding of an account's activity level. We are continually working to refine our methods and greatly value your insights. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for helping us improve / Kevin
