I wish I could give it 0 stars. The customer service experience is hell. The items sent were less than the quality expected. The pillows come with very strong smell/odor of I don’t know what which cannot be tolerated. They won’t send me a return label even after reaching out to them 10 times. When your pillow is arriving they send you very sweet emails that if between now and till you sleep if you have any questions about your pillow please contact me(someone named Jacob) and I read my emails. Well I emailed like 10 times since I got the pillow and I haven’t received even one reply in 10 days. The Website is completely AI generated and looks fake. I wonder if this company is a scam.

Hi RS, Thanks for writing this up. Your return label went out on October 16, and I've refunded the full amount to your card without waiting for the box to reach our New Jersey workshop. Your note asking us to cancel reached us two hours before the order shipped, and nobody here caught it. Then it took us far too long to answer your emails and send the label. Both of those are on us, and I am sorry. On the smell, it comes from the cotton itself. Cotton grows with a thin coat of natural waxes on every fiber. Ours is cleaned with oxygen instead of a harsh wash and chlorine bleach, so some of that wax stays on. The pillows carry no fragrance and no chemical finish of any kind. Jacob
