i think what is sad is these guys actually think there is only a FEW bad reviews.. they are ALL bad. i was going to sign up, glad i didnt... i am forwarding this to the AGO, and warning all military folks to avoid this and their numerous sister sites.. thank you for the warning! i will pass this on

I wrote them and told them I couldn't print the confirmation page and I didn't want to be a member if I had no proof, so they said they would discontinue my membership instead of helping me confirm. Supposedly the money was given back and then I saw a charge for $1.00 in addition to the $2.95, and then the next day another $1.00 was taken out. So I replied to their email that said I had been cancelled and my email bounced back to me. I wrote again and said I was going to report them to the attorney generals office. and then the $2.95 came back to me but the $1.00 charge remained. I wasn't even able to browse the site. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I've tried numerous times to cancel my membership starting in the first 5 minutes after signing up, but never received a confirmation email. I still get charged every month!

The selection is poor. CinemaDen Support is poor. a.)I've tried to cancel a dozen times, I never get an confirmation email so it will terminate charges. b.) I've emailed multiple times asking them to cancel my account for me. NO RESPONSE. Obviously a scam because any REAL business would have better ratings than everything I've seen, and much better support...

I was trying to watch series online when I was lead to think that I had to sign up for this side to see the series. As I assumed that the free membership would allow me to see series for free in a half good quality, I accepted to typing in my card info and picking the 'pay per view' rather than the free (and boy am I happy about that one at least). As I find out that I have signed up for the wrong side, I of course want to cancel my account, or at least remove my card from it. But none of those things were possible using the normal account options and I honestly don't feel good about my card being locked to a side which I have no intention to use. I feel tricked and I send them an email not long ago, telling them politely that it was a mistake and that I don't find it proper that I should pay to have free account cancelled. I know it isn't a lot of money, but I still find it distasteful and wrong. I really wish I could give this site negative starts....

When you have signed up to Cinemaden, the movie you have signed in for is not selectable Cancellation fee and charged twice

Cinemaden is a complete scam!!! The monthly fee is outrageous and the selection of films is poor at best. You`ll be charged a 0.99 admin fee to cancel. How the employees of this company can live with themselves is beyond me. Use Netflix and stay away from Cinemaden!

I agree they are a scam. I am still trying to get my money back. Even though I have cancelled twice via their email service (and obviously I have as I can't sign in) they have continued to charge me for three months. I cancelled within 20 minutes of signing up after I noticed how poor their selection of movies are. Unfortunately I'm still waiting to hear from them and am considering approaching an ombudsman.
