Really appreciate the help by my friendly Harshit Pandey!

While trying to onboard they will give excellent customer service but when you actually need help they will ghost you. Terms and conditions were not cleared etc.

I've attempted to contact the customer service team multiple times, but unfortunately my issues remain unresolved. Even after being directed to technical support, the response time was significantly delayed. It’s been quite difficult to get in touch with the appropriate team

Monica was very helpful in getting my report the way I needed it. She took the time and opened a Zoom call for screen sharing to ensure it was correct.

The help desk understood exactly what I required and sorted it in 5 minutes as a work around.

Monica was very kind and patient. Guided me on until all my issue was solved.

Azizbek was very helpful and resolved the issue efficiently.
