Jean provided great customer service and insights. It was nice to speak with someone who had deep Cin7 module knowledge. Also helped our team understand some of the workings with Amazon fulfilment which has been a new addition for us.

As an inventory management system, Cin7 failed to deliver on the most fundamental requirement: accurate stock control. We could never get our inventory correctly aligned, to the point where we had to engage a Cin7 consultant to investigate and rectify the issues. Even with specialist assistance, resolving the problems proved extremely difficult. The consultant ultimately uncovered numerous issues with our Cin7 setup. Customer service was equally disappointing. Whenever we raised concerns, Cin7 frequently blamed our third-party logistics (3PL) provider, while our 3PL pointed the finger back at Cin7. We were left caught between the two, with little accountability and no satisfactory resolution. Perhaps most concerning is that we ceased using Cin7 more than 18 months ago, yet the company continues to process B2B orders and collect customer payments through a portal we have repeatedly requested they deactivate. Despite multiple requests over the past 18 months, Cin7 has still failed to shut it down. This is completely unacceptable. A business should be able to trust its inventory management system, expect competent technical support, and have confidence that account cancellations and deactivation requests will be actioned. Our experience with Cin7 fell short on all three fronts. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution other businesses against choosing Cin7. The ongoing failure to resolve issues, take accountability and action repeated requests has cost us considerable time and created unnecessary operational headaches. We would not use Cin7 again.

Beware of entering a direct debit arrangement - they do not allow you to remove your direct debit details and they will continue charging you even after cancellation of the service and confirmation by their staff that the direct debit has been cancelled. Dropping the review to 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. I cancelled due to - Bad product Bad service Useless tech support Very expensive service for what they are trying to provide. Inconsistent and conflicting information given in pre, during and post onboarding. 5 months of time invested now in getting it up and running, this waste is crippling for a small business. The connection to our ecommerce platform failed nearly a month ago. We've been gaslit for weeks into believing it's something we did, then finally they admit that all woocommerce users have the same issue. Haven't heard from them in 6 days despite promises of round the clock support. Update 06/10 - I requested a one month credit to be applied while they worked on the issue. This was not actioned. To date, the product still does not work. You can not cancel the service without going through layers of retention specialists and based on others feedback, I'm feeling it's pretty likely that we'll be debited another month even though I have confirmation that the service was cancelled. hahaha and right on time- an email from CIN7 confirming that they are going to process the direct debit from the card as usual.

Loved working here until about May. New leadership has tanked company morale. I recommend to stay away from this company if you want to be able to PTO without being punished
