My wife ordered cigars from them on Wednesday and paid for 3 day shipping so they would arrive on, or around, my birthday on the following Tuesday. That was almost 3 weeks ago and we haven't even gotten a tracking number yet. She called them and they pass the buck saying, "Sorry, they were picked up so it's in UPS's hands now." They refuse to do anything to remedy the situation. Ludicrous.

I dont even get a shipping confirmation? I kept going to the website to track my order. It takes me to USPS which states the tracking number is wrong or status is not available yet. This goes on for a wk. I assume it’s the holidays and it just hasn’t shipped. I finally decide to chat with these bozos and the system gives me an ups link! So which one is it? The ups link says I have to update my address. It said box ***…. Not sure why they left off the p.o. So I update it to say P.O. Box *** now I have to wait and see how far back this “change” will put my delivery date. Bad business and I totally regret giving them a dime. I’m gonna check out cigars daily.

Foulups ordering is a common occurance. I got a new CC number but from the same bank as the old one. Which means my billing address is the same (in order to authorize). Order would not go thru. Idiot company. They also spam you with "10%, 20% off your next order" emails but don't tell you the lengthy stipulations. They buy huge quantities of packaged cigars (Black & Mild) but you eventually get 6-8 month outdated product until they sell that quantity. The idiot who answers their listed phone number only takes orders. Typical POS net company.

Tried to send cigars as a gift, total disaster. My buddy sent the host scotch and all that was needed was UPS driver verify over 21. Cigars.com requires on-line which does not work. To check on status of delievery ….. back to age verification. If you call the toll free number Tanya will fix it but trying to navigate their email for age verification is a nightmare

terrible company. They lie, hold your money, dont respond your emails or calls. If you dont call them, they dont refund you! Do not ever order from them. There are a lot of other websites, use them. It was my mistake that i ordered before i search this website.

I have used cigars .com for quite sometime, found myself very disappointed when my shipment arrived. When I was placing my order the gentlemen I was speaking with mentioned if I ordered a box of Bacarat #1 Connecticut shade , there was a special going and ended that day, recieve 5 free Bacarat cigars and a torch lighter if ordered a box of 25, needless to say the lighter and the 5 free cigars were not in the shipment, called customer service and spoke with Mike, very nice man, but told me he never heard of this promo..I don't make this stuff up, very offended, almost like a bait and switch, tell you something to get that big order, I don't like dishonest companies so for that reason I will not be buying from cigars.com and not refer them to my golf friends anymore, such a shame to tell someone one thing and do another, I would be very careful with this company, sounds like they are not on the up and up.

Been doing business with this company for two years. Within last 6 months...service has degraded to point where I no longer will do business with them. Billing errors, order errors, website not accurate as to what's in stock....you've lost this customer for good!

They messed up my billing and shipping address. It got shipped to another address. The folks at that address were nice enough to call me and tell me my parcel got mailed to their address. When I called, Cigars.com blamed and accused me of entering the wrong address and making false claims. The lady on the call even went on to accuse the folks who received the package of doing so purposely so that they could "use the cigars". This is completely unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
