FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! DONT BUY FROM CICIWIGS!! I struggle with hair pulling, and I wanted a human hair wig to gain some confidence. I ordered a 360 lace wig with real human hair. It took forever to get, and when I tried to email them for tracking, they have three different email addresses and I had to contact every one of those and still didn't get a reply for 3 days. The wig I got was not a lace wig, not was it the same style, color, or human hair. I spent forty bucks on a wig I could have gotten at the Halloween store for ten bucks. When I contacted them and told them I had received the wrong item this was their response. ACTUAL EMAIL. Dear Customer, Thanks for your response. There is a little difference between ads and the real product.We don’t have the totally same product. We feel regret that our product didn’t meet your expectation. We will try our best to do better. And we offer two solutions for your choice. 1.We are wondering if it is acceptable we offer you a partial refund (5% refund-Item only) and you still keep the item you received? 2. You can return the product to us and we will give you a full refund. If you accept, we will provide a return address. Please note that you will be charged shipping. (The return address must be returned according to the address given by us, otherwise no refund will be given). We are looking forward to your reply and hope to solve this earlier. Best regards. Since I already paid an extra ten bucks for shipping I refuse to pay it again because I was tricked into buying something I didn't want, I am receiving a "refund" of a whole $2. What a joke. I'll be talking to a lawyer and hopefully getting them shut down for false advertisement.
