This site is a scam. The wigs are nothing like what the models are wearing on the website. They are nowhere near 360 degrees lace front. They have absolutely no lace in the front, not to mention the sides. Definitely not human hair, it burns like fire poured on gasoline. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute with them to get my money back. These people are scam artists and they should be shut down. They are liars!!!😡 I had a very important function to attend and when I opened thoes matted, ratty, flimsy Halloween costumes wigs from the bag I almost passed out! ..... 😡😡😡 This is wrong.

These wigs are NOT human hair. They are synthetic halloween like wigs that a 5 year old can wear. I should have read the reviews. This company is s scam. The company is now ignoring my emails. I am disputing the charge with my bank and going to the beauty supply to buy a top notch synthetic, but s good one! That is why I don’t trust buying human hair online.

I finally recieved my wigs after 3 weeks. I bought 3 wigs and they were all the wrong ones and definitely not human hair and looks plastic. I tried calling and no one answered. They screwed me out of money and the wrong wigs..I will never order another wig from them ever again.

Completely junk. Waste you money. Bad customer service.

I SPENT OVER $800 IN WIGS ADVERTISED AS 360 LACE HUMAN HAIR WIGS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE 1ST ORDER WIGS, AND WHEN I RECEIVED THEM, THEY ARE NEITHER LACE NOR HUMAN HAIR. HORRIBLE LOOKING PLASTIC WIGS. EVEN SYNTHETIC HAIR FROM MY LOCAL STORES ARE MILLION TIMES BETTER. I WROTE THEM SEVERAL TIME TO CANCEL THE OTHER ORDERS, BUT NEVER GOT AN ANSWER BACK. ONLY WHEN I FILED A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL THAT THEY WROTE ME STATING THAT THEY'VE ALREADY MAIL THE OTHER ORDERS. I TOLD THEM TO NEVER WRITE ME AGAIN, IF THEY HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY TO ME, THEY SHOULD SAY ON PAYPAL. PLEASE IF ANY OF YOU HAS A LAWYER, PLEASE JOIN ME TO YOU ON YOUR CLAIM. I DO HAVE SOME PICTURES OF THEIR PLASTIC HAIR THEY SENT ME.

After two weeks of trying to contact CiCi Wigs to get a refund and return the horrible wigs they sent me, they finally sent me a return address in China. Now I have to fork out more money for shipping plus tracking. On principle alone I'm going for the refund. I wished I saw this review site before I ordered the wigs.

This company is horrible with communication and the wigs are put together horribly. Looks like a 2 year older put them together. I’m currently disputing the charges on my debit card I’ve reached out to this company numerous times through multiple different emails they have. Why do you have multiple emails for customer support? Don’t waste your time or money. The wigs they sent were not what I ordered. I believe it’s a scam company.
