CiciwigsReviews of ciciwigs.com

They are scammers, I order 3 hair for black Friday and they are all the same thing. There is no way to contact them, they look totally different from what I seen on the website and ordered.

Complete scam. I ordered a wig, it wasn't remotely close to what I ordered and there is no way to return a wrong order. No invoice was included to complete their scam. Stay far away from this company. The low prices bring you in and then they send you a completely messed up order and no way to make it right.

This is a scam. I ordered 4 wigs. In 4 different styles and lengths. They me sent four nearly identical wigs. The hair was not real. It was fake hair, not even a good quality synthetic, close to what one might use on a playdoll. The wig cap didn't have a lace front let alone the 360 lace they advertised. Even the wig cap is a joke, it's so small, that it wouldn't fit a child's head comfortably. I'm left with a pile of unwearable babydoll quality hair in an unnatural brown color that doesn't resemble hair. I'm angry with myself for believing the photo's and slick promises. There's no way to even get in contact with them as the website refers you to a different site ( not allowed to post the website information) and disappointing enough doesn't give you contact information. Below are the items I ordered: 1)CiCiWig®| Breathable 360 Lace Wig Wave Wig | Human Wig | Black/Brown Wig - BROWN / 16 INCH / 150%(THICK) 2) CiCiWig®| Brazilian Water Wave 360 Lace Frontal Wigs | Human Hair | BEST SELLING - 18 INCH / 150%（Extra Thick） / DARK BROWN 3) CiCiWig®| 360 Lace Wig Best Design African American Short Wave | Human Wig | Black/Golden/Brown Wig - BROWN / 100%(Normal) 4) CiCiWig®| 360 Lace Wig Amazing Bob Hair | Human Wig | Black/Brown/Gray/Red Wig - DARK BROWN / 150%(Thick) My order was# Order Cic-20583 There was no shipping invoice included the order which I received in a gray unre-usable plastic bag. I would appreciate assistance if anyone is able to make headway. My email address is:( not allowed to leave my email information)

This is a scam . Don't ever buy from this website. The hair is fake. Sheds a whole lot and it's not real. You cannot ask for a refund or mail the hair back . If you do buy from them do it through PayPal only way to get your money back.

Do not order from this company. This company is awful. I ordered two wigs and they were no where near the product description or even the same products. They also DO NOT Honor their return policy. They offered a 5 percent refund and I keep them or I have to pay over $20.00 to return them. Not a good company at all.

Awful......cici wigs is some bs.....

Wish I would have look at the reviews cause u SUCK AS A BUSINESS COMPANY they send u not what they advertised on their web site they need to b shut down

The company owners need to burn in hell for scamming, lying and Cheating people out of their money. Your company sucks. This is probably some money laundering setup to make them look legit
