FAKE COMPANY FAKE HAIR SONT LOOAW YOUR MONEY....DO NOT BUY FROM CICI WIGS AT ALL

This company is scamming women with fake advertisement. I just got my order and all the wigs are the same, ugly shiny cheaply made products. I called my credit card company and reported the transaction, and will be getting a refund. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for!!!! I learned my lesson, stick to the rivers and lakes that I'm used to! They don't even deserve 1 star.

I will never order anything from this company again they did not send me what I want it sent me two of the same wigs I ordered 16 inch they sent me 20 inches you cannot get in touch with this company I lost money they will not send you no information with the wig so you can return them and the number they give you to get in touch with them is somewhere in China it does not even work

I ordered a wig from them express delivery got it a month later email them a bunch of times no response finally got my wig yesterday I should of read the reviews I never order wigs on line but this one I did it was a xmas gift from my mother.i ordered the 360 lace fromt wig trendy tie back straight wig the picture have the lace front with combs and it is not the wig I ordered has no lace front no combs I went to the wig shop I normally go to and they said they are a scam the wig is like a Halloween wig when it came it was in a clear plastic bag with no address no label just a little sticker says 389.. I want my money back this place is a scam if they give me a problem I am gone to the better business bureau and sue them for a being a scam company I will go to my stores for now on.

Order the last week of December when I called fedex to track package they told me that these people only created a label there was no package when I reached out the contact number is fake unreachable nor do they respond back threw. Any email ive sent. So I filed a claim with them threw the bank and got my money back there a scam and make sure you ladies start reading reviews... Lesson learned wish I would have myself before ordering.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! I ordered a black/brown kinky wig and piece of blonde hair arrived LOL. Entire scam and needs to be investigated.

I am so ashamed and angry to have fallen for such a scam, and let these people take my hard earned money. I can’t believe I fell for this and ordered $150 worth of wigs, but when they finally arrived after a very long wait, I was in shock. Nothing what I ordered came, and rather looked like some synthetic cheap crap was thrown into ziploc bags, some of them had Chinese stickers on them. I tried 5 times to email and contact someone but no replies to nothing. All I wanted was either the merchandise that I had originally ordered or my money back, but nothing came of it. Sooooo disappointing to know that these guys are stealing money off people who rely on their wigs. You can try and relay this message but I guarantee you nothing will come of it. I just wanted people warned not to order with these scammers 😡

These wigs are horrible. I’ve reached out to them for a refund THREE times and never got a response. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money. A total SCAM.
