I ordered 3 100% percent human haired wigs. I got none of the wigs I ordered. They sent me two of the same wigs and they were all synthetic wigs. The part in them was done horribly. The parts are made of some kind of Ivory colored plastic. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless they want a wig for Halloween....... ITS A SCAM!!!

These people ARE SCAMMERS. They don’t deserve even ONE star! Seems like they ignore emails, too. If they won’t refund your money, contact your bank’s customer service and ask for a refund to your account. They will issue you a temporary credit while they investigate. They will also do a thorough fraud check. I did just that...called my bank and they credited me the amount that I spent. Don’t let them get away with it...call your bank!! Annnnd...it seems like they don’t even check the site for reviews...dead giveaway!

Please run way from this company, they are scammers. I bought what I thought were lace front human hair wigs from them and I received the exact opposite! All the wigs were cheap, synthetic and had absolutely no lace on them . I am disappointed that I didn’t see the signs or read enough reviews to know that this company was a sham. But please avoid them and spend your money else where. Ps they refuse to refund me.

I got scamed nothing I order was right, I tried to contract customer service, no response, sent four (4) email. Nothing. Wish I check here before not after. I'm going to file small claims suit. Because this is mail fraud.

I ordered 3 wigs total 56.00 phone number has to many numbers.no responses by email. Said they will send email when shipped. been 4 days no email I say this company is a scam I'm one mad customer!

Ciciwigs website is a scam. I ordered wigs from their and when they arrived they weren't the wigs I ordered. The wigs were cheap and plastic. I wouldn't even wear it for a Halloween custome wig.

CiCi Wigs is a rip off.( scam) I placed 2 orders buy 2 get one free. Neither order did I receive anything remotely resembling what I had ordered. They advertise a full refund if I r not completely satisfied. They offered me a 5% refund on 2 -39.+ orders. I've tried to communicate with them via email numerous t8 with no response. Do Not Order from Cici Wigs!!
