We had the best guide in Roma, Helena was wonderful!! We had her for two days seeing the Vatican and then the sights of the city. She knew her city. She explained every site, church, palace and fountain, even thing we stumbled upon she had a explanation. She also took us to a local spot for lunch. Great day with Helena and a wonderful tour of the city of Roma.

A family of 8 with 3 generations of needs and interests explored Italy for the first time and loved the itinerary Ciao developed. The Skallers were very happy with all in Sicily with the exception of one hotel which they said was dated and lukewarm staff and no amenities . The Delle Valle I Agrigento.
