The dress I received did not look like the dress I ordered. The material was also very cheap looking. The dress didn’t fit properly. . Their website states Easy Returns but that is a lie. I reached out to customer service to do a return but they refused to give a full refund. They started negotiations of a 10% refund and I can keep the dress, then they offered 15%. They would never agree to a full refund the most they would do was 25% and I can keep the dress that is cheap looking and doesn't fit

This was one of the worst companies to order from. Ordered dresses back in October for a wedding. It is now the last week of November and still no dresses. Sent email to cancel only to be told the order shipped. That was a week ago and still dresses. One week before the wedding. This is a horrible company. Don’t waste your money.

What a nightmare dealing with this company! I ordered 2 dresses that did not fit. I contacted their support department to request the refund the day I received the items after I tried them on and didn’t fit. Per their website, you have 14 days to return. For the last 8 days in a row I keep getting emails from them saying the offer me 10% back 20% back of the cost and to just keep the dresses! I keep telling them I want to ship them back for a refund and they refuse to send me the return address with instructions!! Never buy anything from them!!!

I have ordered a dress, they made a mistake on the measurements and didn't fit me. Wanted to return it.. so difficult with their service because they wanted me to accept their offer a refund of 10% at first and second email %15 and 3rd %30, yet I can't use the dress. They said to return the dress with my own cost ,the costums duties etc. Very hard company.. Don't waste your money.. also it is expensive so it is difficult to get your money back! pls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Returns are a nightmare. Must send back to China and it is impossible. They try to get you to keep the item and get 10% on next order. Ridiculous!!!! Buyer beware!

Completely different dress to website Really disappointing given the cost of dress compared to what I received

I placed an order and paid for it. Order number CHYMIT49559. Despite various email to their support email i am not getting any feedback on when the item will be shipped. Reading other reviews i think i have been scammed.
