HORRIBLE customer service They sent me the wrong size dress and said I had to pay return costs for customs and shipping, would not make it right even though it was their mistake. Finally offered me a 15% refund and said to keep the dress that I paid over $100 for and does not fit me. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible, horrible company! Buyer beware. The product comes from China which they do not disclose when purchasing. It took almost a month to get. Then if you do not want it they refuse to give you your money back. They offer a 30% discount on a future order and tell you to keep the dress! If I could prevent someone from purchasing from them then it is worth the cost of the dress that I am now out. Do not buy anything from them!! Dress was not what if looked like in picture either

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!Absolute scam! Dresses are not at all what is shown! Made in China not USA as specified. Have attempted to return item, however, continuously am receiving emails with alternative options so they don’t have to refund. Last two emails stating how expensive it will be to return my item internationally. I am still awaiting a return address. Do not believe what you read. This website is fraudulent!!!! I can’t believe I stupidly fell for it.

Save your money and just buy something from shien! Quality sucks, not as the photos, and the return policy sucks and it is not easy.

RUN!!!!! They post that they have a US warehouse to make returns easier…. They don’t! All scams!!! Trying to return a dress now for 2 months. You get the runaround and they only respond at 3 am when you’re asleep. Please don’t purchase anything!!!

Terrible experience with this website! The dress came very poor quality and too big, I asked to return as the website says: 14 days haasle-free return, instead of letting me return they offered me a ridiculous 13% return or either I cover the shipping costs back to china which are a few hundreds of dollars. Do not buy!
